That doesn't look like a Bugatti at all. It appears to be a modern body created to pay homage to the streamline style of car design that was a "thing" from around 1934 until the late 1940s. It appears to be a modern hot rod frame with a custom fabricated body... can't really tell from the photo if it is fiberglass or metal. Either way, there was a hell of a lot of work done to get a body to look like that.
this is not the type 57 Atlantic, obe of which is missing. this is the type 57 atlabtique, of which they made many many more than 4. this is absolutely a bugatti its just not an angle people are used to seeing in pictures
